Whatever it is that brings you to counselling, I will help you to bring about the change you are wanting to achieve.
You may have a personal goal in mind, or you may not know exactly what it is you need from counselling yet.
You may be struggling with life at the moment and finding it hard to see a way forward.
You may feel lost and not have a good sense of who you are any more.
You may have a long term condition that you need help with or you may have had a recent bereavement, separation or other traumatic life event.
Maybe things just dont feel right.
Whatever it is you need and wherever you need to get to, I am here to help you.
Counselling is empowering, liberating and can be life changing.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective growth and change.

I have a BA Hons Degree in Counselling.
I am a registered member of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling And Psychotherapy, and I work within their ethical code of practice.
I have training and experience in Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Inner Child Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling, Mindfulness and Creative work.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation. This is to get some background about what you are looking for from counselling, and to discuss how I can help you going forward.
Fees
My standard fee is £50 per one hour session.
Counselling students requiring therapy and personal development as part of their training pay the reduced fee of £30 per session.
